This program visualizes a Seifert fibration, a decomposition of a 3-manifold into disjoint circles (fibers) that generalize the structure of circle bundles. Unlike the Hopf fibration where all fibers are equivalent, a Seifert fibration can have exceptional fibers where the circle wraps around multiple times before closing. The visualization renders the fibers in 3-space, showing both regular and exceptional fibers and how they organize the topology of the underlying manifold.
