Torus knots $(p,q)$ rendered as tubes winding $p$ times in one direction and $q$ times in the other
This program renders torus knots: closed curves that lie on the surface of a torus and wind p times around one direction and q times around the other. Torus knots are among the most fundamental examples in knot theory, and their classification is determined by the coprime pair (p,q). The visualization shows the knot as a tube following the parametric curve on the torus surface, and allows exploration of different (p,q) values to see how the knot topology changes.
