Geodesics of the Schwarzschild metric around a black hole, integrated numerically and displayed in three dimensions
This program computes and visualizes geodesics of the Schwarzschild spacetime, the exact solution to Einstein’s field equations describing the geometry outside a spherically symmetric mass. Geodesics are integrated numerically using an RK4 integrator, showing how massive and massless particles follow curved paths in the warped spacetime around a black hole. The visualization displays the spatial projection of these trajectories in three dimensions.
