Light rays near a charged black hole, colored by which hit the red object in the background.
Shows a bundle of null geodesic rays deflected by a single extremally charged black hole in a Majumdar-Papapetrou spacetime. The geodesic equations for the conformally flat MP metric are integrated numerically, and each trajectory is rendered as a three.js tube geometry. The rays are colored by their asymptotic endpoint: those captured by the event horizon receive the black hole’s color.
