Ingredients: Artichoke, Lemon, Garlic, Rosemary, Oil, Butter, Salt, Pepper
Preparation: Trim and clean artichokes, brush with lemon, oil. Stuff with garlic, rosemary and bake in oven, covering with foil half way through. Discard rosemary, save garlic
Plating: Blend roasted garlic, salt, pepper, butter into a dipping sauce, serve with artichoke halves.
