Japanese Salmon
Teriyaki salmon with rice and a salad.
Ingredients: Salmon, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, rice, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, oil, furikake, scallion
Preparation: Marinate salmon in mirin, soy, sugar, and oil. Pan fry. Cook rice with salt, upon completion add mirin and stir until evaporated. Season with furikake and scallion.
Plating: Serve salmon and bowl of rice with a bit of seaweed salad and pickled ginger.
